Rental Procedures

All applicants must: 
1) Complete rental applications (see below). 
2) Once all aplications are approved the applicants must pay the full security deposit, equivalent to the monthly rental payment, in order to hold the unit. 
3) All aplicants must read and sign the lease agreement. 
4) All applicants must have a co-guarantor sign the lease, typically a parent or legal guardian.

Rental Application

If you would like to apply to rent a property, please print and fill out the application below. Every roommate must fill out the application and until all applications are in, will not be reviewed. We recommend that you email your application via PDF for a quicker response, since applications are processed in the order received. Alternatively, the applications can be mailed in or delivered in person to our office at 3946 North Hampton Dr., Powell, OH 43065. If we are out, there is a drop-box next to the office door.

 

Lease Information

 

All leases, including renewals, must be signed by students and parent guarantors.

Prepayment of the last installment of rent (July) will be required from all tenants 30 days from the initial signing date of the lease. 

The first installment of rent must be paid in full before any keys are distributed. Your first month's rent is due August 1st and rental payments are to be paid on the first of each month thereafter.

 

Tenants pay all utilities. Tenant is responsible for setting up all utilities except water. No pets are allowed.
