A little more about us...

The Denco Group is a partnership between two brothers, Garth and Ben Denlinger, who both attended and graduated from Ohio State, and have owned and managed rental properties in the Ohio State University area for nearly 20 years.

Together, with their rental experience and campus knowledge, the Denco Group has been able to provide safe, affordable housing to thousands of OSU students.

Garth and Ben both take pride in working with their tenants to accommodate their needs, and they truly enjoy obtaining and maintaining quality relationships with their tenants year in and year out.  Simply put, the Denco Group wants all of their tenants to have a very positive rental experience with a quality landlord while attending the University.
